How long does it take?
Most cleanups take around 30 minutes once we receive your access — not the 24–48h of a typical provider.
What if you can't clean my site?
If we can't access the site, or our automated verification doesn't confirm a clean, working site, we restore your site and refund you in full.
What if the site gets reinfected?
If your site is reinfected within 30 days, we re-clean it for free (once). We also tell you which hole to close so it stops happening.
